About your Fine Art Print and ink
Certified Archival for 100+ years for color and over 200 years for black and white when printed with Epson Ultra-Chrome K3 Ink. It is a resin-coated pigment ink that achieves a high level of longevity and durability. The paper boasts a 100% cotton base with a plain smooth texture that will reflect your art accurately under any lighting conditions. It is OBA-free and manufactured in the USA. We do not guarantee the longevity of the prints. For maximum print life, display all prints under UV protected glass or store them properly.
Storing Fine Art Prints
Store your prints in a clear plastic, acid-free, archival sleeve, away from extreme temperatures, high humidity and bright lights, to prevent them from becoming discolored or faded.
Displaying Prints
We recommend framing them behind UV protected glass with a mat to surround and support your print, allowing air space to better preserve it, while also protecting it from airborne contaminants. Your print should never touch the glass. To prevent fading, avoid displaying them outdoors or in a place exposed to direct sunlight. Note that extreme temperature changes affect the life of the print, as well as, break down the adhesives used in mounting the print.
Actual print stability will vary according to the printer, media, printed image, display conditions, light intensity, humidity, and atmospheric conditions.
